DISH'N IT OUT'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE WITH CHOCOLATE TOPPINGCRUMB CRUST
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and form into a 10-inch pie pan. Chill.
FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
Pour filling into graham cracker crumb filled pie pan.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
chopped peanuts, for garnish
Bring cream and butter to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Allow topping to cool to lukewarm then pour over pie. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
