Grilled Greek Chicken

I was debating what kind of chicken to grill tonight. I didn't want to do the usual Ken's marinade or Italian dressing. I finally decided on Greek Chicken - I had the seasoning and didn't have to go to the grocery store for anything. This chicken was very flavorful and juicy. It had a nice tanginess from the lemon juice. We really liked this chicken and will be making it again!

Grilled Greek Chicken

2 boneless chicken breast
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbs Greek seasoning (I used the Pampered Chef Greek Seasoning)
1 garlic clove pressed

Combine all ingredients and let marinate all day (6-8 hours). Grill to perfection!
