Here is another recipe in my quest for the homemade salsa. This recipe is even easier than the previous one. It has only four ingredients. This salsa was hotter than the other one, but we both really liked it. If you wanted a milder salsa you could use a large can of whole tomatoes.
- 1 can (15oz) whole tomatoes
- 1 can Mexican Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and pulse to desired consistency.
