This month for the Nutella Challege I decided to make these super simple Nutella Pie Crust Cresent cookies. I had never heard of pie crust cookies until a few weeks ago. I thought if just cinnamon-sugar pie crust cut outs were good, that a pie crust cookie filled with Nutella would be even better! I was right. They are so good and so easy to eat!
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- Nutella
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbps cinnamon sugar
Unroll pie crust and slice into 32 wedges (pizza slice style). Spread a small amount of Nutella on each triangle and roll up, starting with wide end. Top each crescent with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 425 for 7-9 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Steph- I'm a little confused- do I use 1 pie crust to try and make 32 wedges or do I use both crusts in the box?
I used one pie crust and made 32 wedges.
I spread the Nutella on the pie crust before I cut it, it makes it a lot easier, prettier, and a lot less messy! 🙂
Gabs – it is pie crust
Is it puff pastry?
These were so yummy! Only problem is 425 for 7 min didn't work for my oven, the bottom was burnt while the inside was still raw. I did 300 for 12 min and they were perfect!
I made these over the weekend. They were delicious but mine did not turn out as pretty as yours – but it didn't matter – they all were gobbled up!
Ingrid – crescent rolls sound great!
I'm thinking crescent rolls would work too.

Stephanie, those are so stinkin cute! What a creative idea! 🙂
Great pictures. These look really good. And by the way, I love that little turkey in your header!
