Parmesan Knots

OMG! These are my new favorite roll!! They were really quick and easy to make. I ate WAY too many. I have seen a version of these rolls on the internet, but they all use canola oil. I just can't make myself eat a roll covered in canola oil, so I substituted melted butter. They turned out fantastic. I am adding these to my Christmas menu.

Parmesan Knots
(Printable Recipe)

1 can flaky buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Rosemary Herb (rosemary, red pepper flakes, onion)
parmesan cheese

Roll each biscuit into a 12-inch rope and tie into a knot; tuck ends under. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients; remove from heat and brush the warm knots with the mixture.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  1. oh Stephanie, these look so good. I'll most certainly be giving these a try. That Kitchenaid mixer is going to get a workout.
