Country Bob’s Burgers

Country Bob's Burgers

This was the best thing we ate last weekend.  We have finally found our “go-to” burger recipe!

A few months ago, Lea Ann over at Mangos Chili and Z posted about a product she won on another blog – Country Bob’s All-Purpose Sauce.  She made meatloaf with the sauce and said that she really enjoyed it.  I was curious about Country Bob’s so I checked out the website and they had an offer for a free bottle.  I filled out the form and promptly received my coupon for a free bottle.  Country Bob has lots of recipes on their site and I saw that their burger recipe won “Best in Show” at the St. Louis BBQ Cookoff.  Well, if it is that good we must give them a try!

We LOVED them.  The burgers were flavorful and juicy.  Honestly, the best burger we’ve made.  I did change the recipe slightly.  I didn’t have any onion soup mix, so I Googled and found the recipe for it online and just added those ingredients to the meat.   I can’t wait to make these again!   It might be this weekend!!

  1. Can you beat a grilled burger on a winter erasing Spring day? I think not!

I haven't tried that sauce but if you and Lea Ann both swear by it, I'll have to look for it in the stores.

  2. I got some samples of them a while ago and wasn't too impressed. But I haven't tried it in burgers yet, I'll have to now! They look great.

  3. I thought that Country Bob's was a perfect fit with burgers too and it's pretty good brushed on a steak too! I like the flavor – it enhances the meat, doesn't overpower it. Your burger looks fantastic – yay for grilling season!

  4. How did I miss the recipe section when I was at their website???? Heading back over there now. This burger looks fantastic. I really like the flavor of this sauce and will be making this soon. Afterall, it's finally grilling weather in Denver. Thanks for the shout-out Steph.

  5. This sounds yummy. My hubby loves burgers. I went to the website and signed up for the free bottle. Thanks!
