We had these for lunch over the weekend, and they tasted as good as they looked.  They are DELICIOUS!!  We ate them all!

These little puffs are very simple to make.  We used turkey pepperoni and sausage, but feel free to change up the fillings.  Try mushrooms, peppers, ham, chicken; the possibilities are endless!  Just use your favorite pizza toppings.  These puffs would make a fantastic snack for the upcoming Super Bowl.

Weekly Meal Plan – what to make for dinner every night this week. A quick, easy, and delicious recipe for…

  1. I doubled the recipe with 3/4 c veggies and 1/4 c pepperoni- that I bought as a stick and diced. In order to test, I filled 4 mini cups and baked for 10, 15, and 25 min- neither times gave the same product as before- which was 0 meat, all veggie, single recipe. What can I do to make this a success?

  2. Can cupcake liners be used. They look delicious and they would be so much easier to get out of the pan.

    1. you can certainly do that. They aren't hard to get out of the pan, but if cupcake liners work better for you, go for it!

  3. I made these tonight and I didn't have a muffin pan so I made it into a deep dish mini pizza! After it baked I let it stand like a cake for about 5 min or so… and took it out the baking pan laid the dough on the oven rack and broiled it to make it crispy all over and added pizza sauce and cheese on top. OMG ☆☆☆☆☆ AWESOME SAUCE

  4. Made these for a party, and they were a HIT! I just did 1 batch of cheese, and 1 of pepperoni (quartered the pepperoni and put it on top so people knew the difference. I also used dried Italian season instead of fresh basil since I just didn't have any! (Plus I love oregano!) I will definitely make these again!! Thanks!

  5. Just found you through Pinterest . Cant wait to make this recipe. Love your blog. Thanks for sharing, and keep up the good work.

  6. They look so easy to make and will be perfect for my 7 year old's slumber party…Thank you for the recipe.

  7. Hey there! These look delicious! I am definitely one to use my muffin pan to make meals with 🙂 I just have one question. So… what I have found with many muffin recipes, is that you normally have an outer "breading" and then put the filling inside of that. I'm assuming that it isn't the case here? You really just mix everything together? No need for an outer breading?

  8. Found your blog via pinterest and I can't wait to try these pizza puffs. I may even make them for dinner tonight since I was going to make a pizza anyway. A change of pace from the same old same old will be nice!

  9. Thank you for this recipe that I found pinned on Pinterest. I've pinned other similar recipes, but being a gluten free girl, substituting refrigerator crescent rolls can be a real pain. Looking forward to your recipe. Thanks for sharing!

  11. I made these today. They were pretty yummy, but I have to say, I got nowhere near 24 of them. I think my batter ran out at 18. Also, I had a really hard time getting them out of the pan, even though I sprayed it really well ahead of time.

Once I got them out, my kids loved them! They disappeared really quickly.

  12. Oh My Goodness! I just saw these on Pinterest the other day and thought… 'Ooh, those look good and easy!' So I tried them… and boy are they delicious!!!! Thanks for a great recipe!

  13. Odie sent me over. I guess he is trying to kill my diet! This looks so wonderful! I may have to cheat a little and try it!

  14. I made these to take to a party last night. I converted them to Gluten Free by using my favorite GF flour. They were a huge hit. Thanks for the great idea and recipe!

  15. These look great! Do you think they can be made ahead of time? I'm going to a party and want to bring them but I'm wondering how they would reheat?

  16. Just took the pepperoni, olive and pineapple ones out of the oven. The pepperoni mushroom and pineapple just went in. Getting the husband rate test right now…………Success!

Great recipe! Thanks for posting it!

  17. Hi there! Just wanted to say I found you via Pinterest and I think I am in love with your blog lol. Such delicious looking food! Not sure why you never crossed my radar at foodbuzz before. Definitely making these 🙂

  18. I made these the other day and they were quite tasty! I made one version with mushroom/onion and a mix of Parmesan and cheddar and some with bacon. Delicious little things – thanks for the recipe 🙂

  19. I obviously need to bone up on my reading comprehension skills! I read that it made 24 muffins and I was filling mine, and there was no WAY I was going to get more than 12! So I come back to look at the recipe and then notice it's supposed to be mini muffins…d'oh!

Anyway, I thought they turned out great! The only two things I did different was use chicken sausage (first time using it, I know now I prefer turkey) and added some Italian seasoning to the dough.

  20. These look super yummy! Do you think they would keep if I packaged them well to ship to a few guy friends from Va to AR? I send them cookies but Ive been trying to find something thats more meal food to send but that would keep for several days.

  21. These are great! I make all my recipes in the muffin pan so these are perfect. I also really liked the buffalo chicken pizza bites. I'm def gonna try those too.

  22. I made these for breakfast yesterday morning, only I used bacon, breakfast sausage and cheddar cheese as substitutes – they were delicious!!

Can't wait to try your original recipe, maybe tonight since I have leftover pizza sauce to use up!
