We had these for lunch over the weekend, and they tasted as good as they looked. They are DELICIOUS!! We ate them all!
These little puffs are very simple to make. We used turkey pepperoni and sausage, but feel free to change up the fillings. Try mushrooms, peppers, ham, chicken; the possibilities are endless! Just use your favorite pizza toppings. These puffs would make a fantastic snack for the upcoming Super Bowl.

I doubled the recipe with 3/4 c veggies and 1/4 c pepperoni- that I bought as a stick and diced. In order to test, I filled 4 mini cups and baked for 10, 15, and 25 min- neither times gave the same product as before- which was 0 meat, all veggie, single recipe. What can I do to make this a success?
Can cupcake liners be used. They look delicious and they would be so much easier to get out of the pan.
you can certainly do that. They aren't hard to get out of the pan, but if cupcake liners work better for you, go for it!
I made these tonight and I didn't have a muffin pan so I made it into a deep dish mini pizza! After it baked I let it stand like a cake for about 5 min or so… and took it out the baking pan laid the dough on the oven rack and broiled it to make it crispy all over and added pizza sauce and cheese on top. OMG ☆☆☆☆☆ AWESOME SAUCE
I made these this weekend for my 13 year old, and he devoured them and asked for more!
I don't have a mini muffin pan, can I use a regular muffin pan and pour it halfway?
