Grilled Oregano & Lemon Chicken Tenders

We are both big fans of Greek food, so when I saw this recipe on Tasty Kitchen, I knew it would be a hit.  The best part about this recipe is that the marinade doesn't use any special/fancy ingredients - a huge plus for me!  The chicken took no time to make and packed a lot of great flavor.  The original recipe suggested serving the chicken with a tzatiki sauce.  I decided to skip the tzatiki sauce and served the chicken tenders over some orzo and marinara sauce.  It reminded me of the Greek Chicken Marinara at Zoes Kitchen, one of my favorites!  I can't wait to make this again.

Grilled Oregano & Lemon Chicken Tenders
adapted from Tasty Kitchen
(Printable Recipe)

1 pound chicken tenderloins
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp dried oregano
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
¼ cups fresh lemon juice (I used bottled)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Put the chicken into a ziplock bag. Add all other ingredients. Mix well, coating chicken on all sides. Let chicken marinate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour, covered in the fridge (I always marinate overnight). Place chicken onto a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
