White Chocolate Biscoff Krispies

As you may have noticed, I am completely obsessed with Biscoff spread.  I can't get enough of it!  I thinking of new ways to use it.  I remembered one of my favorite candies, White Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispies, and decided to substitute Biscoff spread for the peanut butter.  OMG - they turned out great!  This was the kind of treat that called to me in the middle of the night.  I had to take them to work so I wasn't tempted to eat them all!

White Chocolate Biscoff Krispies
(Printable Recipe)

2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups honey roasted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup Biscoff spread
1 package (24oz) vanilla almond bark

In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts and marshmallows. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt almond bark and biscoff on High for 1 minute and then in 15 second intervals until fully melted. Stir almond bark into cereal mixture. Mixture will be slightly runny. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. Let set until firm, 2 hours. Store in an airtight container.

Can you tell me where you purchase your Biscoff Spread? I've looked in Kroger, but can't find it - Nutella, yes - Biscoff, no.

Oh how I LOVE anything Biscoff! However, not a fan of nuts- so I was wondering, do you think I could substitute something or should I increase the krispies and leave them out all together?? They sound amazing....

Chrissy - you hate nuts?! You are nuts! ;)

I would just increase the cereal and marshmallows. They will taste great!

Diane - it is a cookie spread with the consistency of peanut butter. They sell in the peanut butter section of the grocery store and Wal-Mart here in Alabama.
