Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Mushroom Swiss Burgers Recipe - hamburgers topped with swiss cheese and delicious sautéed mushrooms. One of the best burgers we've had!

We had some leftover baby swiss cheese from the Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, and I decided to make these mushroom swiss burgers.  I sautéed the mushrooms while Chicken Legs grilled the burgers.  We used the same burger recipe from our Cadillac Burger and they tasted delicious!  Chicken Legs loves mushrooms and he especially loved them on this burger.  We always keep some frozen hamburger patties in the freezer for a quick weeknight meal.
