The long Memorial Day is coming up this weekend. I don't know about you, but I am ready for a long weekend! This week I am going to share some recipes for an easy Memorial Day BBQ. First up is the main dish - BBQ Chicken in the slow cooker. This chicken was recommended by my Mom, and it was super easy and delicious! I seasoned the chicken the night before and just finished it off the morning we ate it. This would be great for your Memorial Day BBQ or an easy weeknight meal.
