Easy Steak Marinade

I hope everyone is having a great 4th of July!  We are going to be spending the day grilling and chilling and watching the fireworks over Vulcan.

If you are looking for something other than BBQ to grill today, look no further than this steak marinade.  It is incredibly delicious!  The marinade is super simple and packs a ton of flavor.  I was worried that the balsamic vinegar would overpower the meat, but it didn’t.  I let the steak marinate for 3-4 hours and they were perfect.  We served the steaks with our favorite potato casserole for a wonderful meal!
