How To Make Overnight Sticky Buns with Frozen Rolls

These stick buns are a snap to make. Start with lining a 9×13-inch baking dish with some chopped pecans and toffee bits. Next, top the pecans with some frozen bread dough rolls. Combine pudding mix and pumpkin spice seasoning. Sprinkle that mixture over the frozen rolls. Finally, combine some brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over the rolls. Cover the rolls and let them rise overnight. Pop them in the oven when you wake up!

  • I used Rhodes frozen roll dough.
  • Make sure to use a box of Cook & Serve pudding mix. Do NOT use instant pudding.
  • You are just going to use the mix, do NOT make the pudding!

BEST Overnight Sticky Buns

These sticky buns reminded us of awesome sticky buns from The Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island. We’ve been The Ritz for Thanksgiving and their sticky buns are the star of the breakfast buffet. I always make sure to start with the sticky buns so I don’t run out of room! I feel the same way about these sticky buns – eat them first! Here are a few of our favorite recipes from the blog that go great with these sticky buns:

  1. Dumb question but just making sure. You just sprinkle the pudding powder? You don’t make the pudding, right?
