These Pumpking Spice Sticky Buns are not to be missed! They only take about 5 minutes to prepare and they taste incredible. Prep the sticky buns before you go to bed and you will have a fabulous breakfast when you wake up.
These sticky buns remined us of awesome sticky buns from The Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island. We go to The Ritz for Thanksgiving and their sticky buns are the star of the breakfast buffet. I always make sure to start with the sticky buns so I don't run out of room! I feel the same way about these sticky buns - eat them first!
Pumpkin Spice Sticky Buns
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp cinnamon chips
9 frozen dinner rolls (Rhode's)
1/2 package of vanilla cook & serve pudding (not instant)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Spray 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle pecans and cinnamon chips over the bottom of the pan. Arrange the rolls in the pan. Combine pudding and pumpkin pie spice; sprinkle the pudding on top of the rolls and around them.
In a small saucepan, bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil. Pour mixture over rolls. Cover loosely with lightly sprayed plastic wrap and let rise overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Carefully remove the plastic wrap and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes. Invert pan on a platter to serve.
