Jolly Juice

This recipe was given to me from my friend, Fuzz.  He make it for the holidays and shared the recipe with me last year.  This is a kicked up mimosa.  It has orange juice concentrate, champagne and cranberry juice.  It is really delicious.  This would be great for holiday parties or even Christmas morning.  I like to serve my Jolly Juice Griswold style in my favorite Moose Mugs!

Jolly Juice
(Printable Recipe)

12 oz can of frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed (I use 5-alive)
2 cups of cranberry juice
1 bottle of champagne

Combine and serve over ice.

I love your Clark Griswald reindeer glass. Now if you only had Randy Quaid with his white sweater and black dickey there to drink it with you! (Sure hope you've seen National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation or you have no idea what I'm talking about!!!)

Steph, where did you find those mugs. They are awesome! I'm not a big drinker other than beer on occasion but this looks great to sip on Christmas Day to help lessen the extended family pain!!

Looks good except we are non drinkers. Any suggestions to make it a virgin ???

I forgot to ask....where do you hang onto this cute moose mug ? I don't see any 'handle' other than the 'rack'. Is THAT it ?

Denise - to make it virgin - you can swap the champagne for 7up.

We just hold on to the antlers on the moose mugs. That is it!

The original recipe is "Orange Blush" which uses club soda and a little sugar instead of the champagne. You can try that, but I think I dig the 7-up idea.
