Love all these, especially the little King Cake knots!
Those little king cake knots look fantastic, and I might have to try them this weekend, but that jambalaya recipe is a Creole recipe, not a Cajun one. Cajun jambalaya doesn't have tomatoes and is fluffy, not soupy.
Lib - thanks for the lesson. I am not up on the technical issues in regards to cajun/creole food. It is all just cajun to me.

I am from southern Louisiana and we don't call it "pasta jambalaya" we call it "pastalaya"And the King Cake knots look delish. I might have to give those a whirl.
