This No-Boil Ravioli Lasagna is effortless to make and tastes amazing! All the flavors of traditional lasagna without the work. This recipe uses frozen ravioli instead of lasagna noodles. Frozen ravioli, spaghetti sauce, Italian sausage, ricotta, egg, parsley, and mozzarella cheese. This delicious casserole is prepped and ready to bake in about 10 minutes! Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal!

How to Make No-Boil Ravioli Lasagna

This casserole is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet cook Italian sausage over medium heat until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain excess grease. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and parsley. 

Spread ⅓ of a jar of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Layer half of the cheese ravioli over the sauce. Spread ricotta mixture over ravioli. Top with cooked sausage and mozzarella cheese. Layer the remaining ravioli over the cheese. Spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake uncovered in a preheated oven until bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (25-oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (26-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 (15-oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta, egg, and parsley. Set aside.
  • Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Spread ⅓ of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan. Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce. Spread ricotta mixture on top of ravioli. Top with cooked sausage and ½ of the mozzarella cheese. Layer the remaining ravioli.
