You know those cinnamon almonds that they sell at the mall and sporting events? They smell SO good. I am always tempted to get some, but I balk at the price. Since I never splurge on them when I am out, I decided to try my hand at making some at home.

These are SOOOO good, and they made the house smell AH-MAZ-ING! I could not stop eating these things! I’m trying not to feel too guilty about it. Almonds are healthy, so it’s OK. Right? I just don’t think about all the cinnamon and sugar on them. 🙂 These almonds would make a great Valentine’s Day treat for co-workers, neighbors, or teachers.
