{Freezer Meal} Asian Pork Tenderloin

For our last freezer meal I have an Asian Pork Tenderloin. This was really good. Super tender and it had tons of flavor. I am not a huge fan of Asian food, but I really enjoyed this pork tenderloin. We served this with some cheesy rice and peas. We ate the leftovers on slider buns and they were delicious!

Asian Pork Tenderloin
serves 6
(Printable Recipe)

  • 2.5 - 3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tbsp Asian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 gallon size freezer bag

Place all ingredients in gallon freezer bag. Freeze.

When ready to cook: Place content of freezer bag in slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

  1. This looks amazing! Totally bizarre that I just took out a frozen pork tenderloin to make a meatloaf for dinner tonight! I think I'll lob it in half and have the Asian pork for dinner tomorrow. Lovin' it! Thanks for sharing Ü
