5-Minute Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Last year I made some easy Mr. Goodbar Bites. They are so good and only have two ingredients! Someone recently left a comment on that post that they used Honey Roasted Peanuts instead of regular Dry Roasted Peanuts. Genius! Sweet and salty all in one bite! I had to give it a try!

How to Make Honey Roasted Chocolate Peanuts

These peanuts are so easy to make, and like the Mr. Goodbar Bites, they only have two ingredients and you make them in the microwave. Melt chocolate almond bark according to the package directions, stir in the peanuts and drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Cool and enjoy.

  • I used the Great Value brand of chocolate almond bark from Wal-Mart. It is inexpensive and works great.
  • You can use white almond bark if you prefer.
  • I used Planter’s Honey Roasted Peanuts. You can use any brand you prefer.
  • These peanuts will keep several weeks in an air-tight container.
  • How many peanut clusters does this make? The yield all depends on how big you make the clusters. You can make them as large or as small as you prefer.
  • I use a small cookie scoop to scoop the clusters onto the parchment paper.

Comments

  1. Delicious and so easy! Melting the almond bark in its own container made the process mess-free. I added Christmas sprinkles and they look and taste wonderful!

  2. I have left over peanuts from brittle, can I roast them or something to use them up so I don’t have to go buy another although different peanut? Suggestions would be great to use them up. Thank you!

  3. These sound GREAT!! I make something similar and they need to be kept in the fridge. Do yours do well in a tightly closed container on the counter or shelf or do they need refrigeration so the chocolate doesn't get soft and mushy?

  4. I was lucky enough to try these and oh my are they fantastic. The chocolate is as good as any store bought candy bar and the peanuts are the perfect amount of crunch and salt!! These are addictive!!!
