One-Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

I am a big fan of one-pot meals. I love not having to dirty up tons of pots and pans. This One Pot Spaghetti is a new favorite. I made this for dinner last night and we were blown away. This is one of the best spaghetti I’ve ever made. It tasted just as good as my all-time favorite Spaghetti Bolognese from Gianmarco’s. It is absolutely delicious! SO much amazing flavor and is even great reheated. I ate this for lunch a couple of days and LOVED it! This is a great recipe for busy days. This is definitely going to be in our dinner rotation.

How to Make One-Pot Spaghetti

This one-pot pasta recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large Dutch Oven or large pot, brown Italian sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add fresh garlic, dried onion, tomato paste, basil, and sugar to the pot. Cook for one minute. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot– crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, uncooked spaghetti noodles, and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Stir the pasta occasionally so it doesn’t stick together. Seve the spaghetti in bowls and garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
