These Nacho Cheese Oyster Crackers were inspired by my love of Doritos. The crackers are coated in taco seasoning and cheese powder. They taste like little Doritos crackers. YUM! They are super quick to make. Just toss the crackers in the seasoning and oil. Throw them in the oven for a few minutes and you are ready to eat! We love to snack on them while watching football, but they are also great in chili, soup or stews.

    1. I made this = yum! I only used 1 bag of Oysters, added 1 small bag of Fritos, & 1 small bag of Nacho Bugles to rev it up. (to be somewhat equilvilant to your 18 oz) Holy cow, it was very tasty! Thanks for the blueprint.

  1. These look really good! I don't understand though why you say to throw the pasta away. Sometimes I use the cheese packet to make noodles romanoff with medium egg noodles. I put the pasta in a ziploc bag and use it for a small amount of macaroni salad or something.

    1. you can certainly keep the pasta. It is just so cheap and I don't really like those type of noodles, so I tossed it.

  2. I already LOVE the oyster crackers made with Ranch dressing mix. Now I KNOW I'm gonna LOVE these. I'm adding these to the list of stuff I'm serving for New Years Eve. Thanks Steph, for all the yummy recipes you share.
