Cajun Dijon Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe
We grill at least two or three times a week during the summer. We are always looking for new marinades to try. My Mom emailed me about this recipe. She made it and said it was great. I looked it over and thought it sounded good and easy. I especially loved that the only has 4 ingredients! Pork, orange juice, dijon mustard and Cajun seasoning. So simple, yet SO delicious!
I whisked up the ingredients and let it hang out in the fridge all day. We grilled the pork for dinner and absolutely loved it! We served with with our Homemade Chicken Rice-A-Roni and some lima beans. My Mom was right, it was great!
