Lemony Pasta with Garlic and Capers recipe
New favorite alert! We are in love with this quick Lemony Pasta with Garlic and Capers! It is super delicious! The best part is it only takes a few minutes to make. Basically just the time it takes to boil the pasta!
Making this pasta goes really fast. I suggest having all the ingredients measured out before cooking the pasta. It literally only takes 2 minutes once the pasta is cooked. One of the ingredients is some of the pasta water. Make sure to scoop some out of the pot before draining the pasta. We absolutely loved this pasta. We had it as a side dish, but it could totally be a main dish. Think chicken picatta without the chicken!

6 Tbsp lemon juice
-
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

This is pretty much our go to sauce for crappie and we often serve it with pasta, but I never thought to use it just for pasta – duh.
It was great on pasta!
