What's For Dinner? {Weekly Meal Plan}

Holiday Gift Guide

Holiday Gift Guide 2015 - mini guide for him and her! All of my favorites for the upcoming Christmas holiday season.
Now that Thanksgiving is over, we can move on the Christmas! YAY!
Christmas is my favorite time of year! I love the decorations, food and the presents!
I've got a mini gift guide for you today.
I've listed a few of my favorite gift ideas. There is something for him and her!

Ninja Coffee Bar
This thing is AMAZING! You will never have to buy coffee out again.
It can make any size cup of coffee. It makes Iced Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccinos.
It is a coffee house on your countertop! Perfect gift for the coffee lover in your life!
This thing is amazing!

JOCO Glass Reusable Coffee Cups
JOCO cups are made from high quality, non-porous, borosilicate glass. They are lightweight and resistant to extreme changes in temperature. Their superior durability makes them microwave and dishwasher safe. JOCO cups are free of all harmful chemical nasties including BPA, lead and cadmium. Glass doesn’t affect flavour so you will taste your coffee or tea, not your cup.

Each cup has a thermal sleeve to keep your coffee or tea at the optimal temperature and your hands cool. These cups are awesome! They go perfectly with the Ninja Coffee Bar!

I'm a big fan of the Dollar Shave Club.
I hate paying for razors in the store. They are way too expensive.
Dollar Shave Club fixes this problem!
You select which razor style you want to receive. They cost $1, $6, or $9 per month.
The razors automatically ship each month. You can adjust the frequency if you don't need them every month. I got this for Chicken Legs a while back and it has been wonderful!
In addition to razors, Dollar Shave Club sells shaving products, hair products and personal hygiene products. It is a one stop shop!

Snag a gift card or sign someone up for Christmas!

Olloclip 4-in-1 Lens
I LOVE this lens! It features four advanced optic quick-change lenses (Fisheye, Wide-Angle, Macro 10x & 15x) that weigh in at less than an ounce. It clips on your iPhone 6 or 6s. It works on both the back and front camera.

I LOVE the Wide-Angle lens for taking selfies. It eliminates the need for a selfie stick or super long arms. The Fisheye and Wide-Angle lenses unscrew to reveal the Macro lenses. The Macro lenses are great for taking food photos!

Buy this for the phone photographer in your life. They will LOVE it!

Paperback Sticky Notes for iPhone 6s/6s Plus
This notepad sticks to the back of your iPhone 6s or 6s Plus.
Paperback works just like a sticky note. Peel one off and slap it on your phone, then write to your heart’s content … or until you run out of room. You can even put the whole pad on your phone at once, that way you’ll always have a fresh one waiting.

Selfie Enamel Pin
Selfie Pin made with front-facing phone cams in mind.
Perfect hostess gift, party favor or fun stocking stuffer.
I know several people that need this pin!!

I want one! I think this is super fun!

Now that you have taken lots of cool photos with your OlloClip 4-in-1 Lens, you need an equally cool way to display them. Fracture Me prints photos on glass and they are SO cool. I've bought a couple and I am planning on ordering more.

They offer prints in a wide range of sizes. They even offer square prints - perfect for Instagram photos! The small square print is only $15 - perfect for gift giving!

I LOVE this book! SO many amazing recipes!

Over the past few years, I've started giving Chicken Legs a trip for Christmas.
This year I am looking at a trip to Florida. More specifically, a trip to Florida in April to attend the Food Film Festival.

The well-known festival will premiere in its fourth city April 8-10, 2016 in South Walton, Florida.

This three-day festival includes food films from award-winning artists, unique meals prepared by the South’s best chefs, and various events celebrating the food, art, and culture of South Walton and the surrounding area. The first night of the festival is comprised of a VIP and welcome party with “A Taste of What’s to Come.” Saturday’s events include “A Southern Culinary + Spirits Experience” plus exclusive screenings of a dozen short films accompanied by dishes and cocktails based on the films. The weekend wraps up with “An American Institution: A Sunday Brunch” where guests are served quintessential American brunch items.

Limited Early Bird Packages for this spring event are available for purchase at 20% off full-ticket price. Group rates and hotel packages are also available.

I have a few things on my wish list this year.

I want this Bose SoundLink® Color Bluetooth® speaker.
They have 5 fun colors. I don't care which color, I just want the speaker.
It is wireless and portable! We like to listen to music in the kitchen and on the patio.
I would use this all the time!

I am in love with the Staub Burnt Orange Pumpkin Pot.
I would never buy it for myself, but I really, really want it.
I think it would be so much fun to cook in during the Fall and Winter.
Hopefully Santa will bring it!

I have a few Alex and Ani bracelets on my wish list this year.
It seems like all the cool kids are wearing these bracelets, and I want to be cool!
They have SO many different charms. There is definitely something for everyone.
I want the Auburn one, a Compass (representing traveling), a paw print (for my kitties) and a birthstone charm.

Hopefully you found a few ideas for your Christmas shopping!

BBQ Chicken Cupcakes {Football Friday}

BBQ Chicken Cupcakes - chicken, bbq sauce, cheese, refrigerated pizza dough baked in a muffin pan and topped with French fried onions. So simple and SO delicious! Great for tailgating or a quick lunch/dinner. Can swap chicken for leftover holiday turkey.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving yesterday! Now that we got that out of the way, we can move on to football! More specifically, the Iron Bowl! The biggest Football Friday of the year! Tomorrow Auburn and Alabama will play each other. The winner walks away with major bragging rights for the next 365 days.

These BBQ Chicken Cupcakes are perfect for watching the game. They are also super easy to make. I wanted something easy since we cooked all week getting ready for Thanksgiving. I also didn't want to have to do a lot of clean up. I put my InSinkErator Evolution Excel Garbage Disposal to the test this week cleaning up our holiday meal! (It did great by the way!)

You can mix up the filling today and fill and bake the "cupcakes" tomorrow morning. I used rotisserie chicken in this recipe, but you swap the chicken for some of your leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Either way, the BBQ Chicken Cupcakes will be great!

Leftover Turkey Recipes

Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope everyone has a delicious holiday.
I've put together a list of some of my favorite ways to use up any leftover turkey.

Leftovers are my favorite part of the holiday meal. I don't want to eat turkey sandwiches for weeks, so these recipes are perfect for jazzing up leftovers.

Cornbread & Turkey Layered Salad Recipe - loaded with cornbread, turkey, cheese, vegetables and bacon! It is a whole meal in one big bowl! Make ahead of time and refrigerate before serving. Can be made 24 hours in advance. Perfect for brunch/lunch.
