Are you ready for the Super Bowl?!?! Do you go out or stay home for the game? We stay home. I have to be able to watch all the commercials! Who's with me? I am usually more interested in the commercials than the game, but this year I am actually interested in the game. We are pulling for The Panthers at our house. I have my fingers crossed my man, Cam, can win!
We don't cook a big meal for the game, we make a bunch of our favorite tailgate recipes and graze all night. Cowboy Queso, Pigs in a Blanket, Whiskey Meatballs, Crack Dip and this Chicken Verde Dip are definitely on the menu.
This Chicken Verde Dip has quickly become a favorite in our house. Cream cheese, southwest seasoning, chicken, salsa verde and pepper jack cheese. O-M-G! Crazy good!! This was gone in a flash at our football party! I will have to double it next time! Whip this up today and refrigerate it until Sunday. We served this with corn chips, but it would also be great with tortilla chips!
