Quick Chicken Alfredo Recipe

We am completely obsessed with this Sriracha Chicken Alfredo! We can not get enough of it!! It is crazy delicious. We absolutely loved the flavors in this super quick pasta dish. The Sriracha flavor in this dish comes from the new McCormick Gourmet Sriracha Seasoning. I saw it in the spice isle and knew I had to make something with it. It is a great substitute to ordinary chili powder.

How to Make Stovetop Chicken Alfredo

This Sriracha Chicken Alfredo is ready in about 15 minutes and requires no prep work. LOVE! Start with cooking the pasta. While the pasta cooks, prepare the chicken and sauce. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and Sriracha seasoning. Sauté the chicken in a skillet. Add heavy cream and cook until the cream starts to thicken. Add the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, and some dried parsley. So easy!

This is a great recipe to add in some vegetables. Mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, broccoli, and green peas would all be delicious!

I used chicken tenders in this dish. You can use any cut of boneless skinless chicken you prefer – breasts, tenders, or thighs. If you can’t find the Sriracha seasoning in the spice aisle, feel free to substitute a tablespoon or two of regular Sriracha.

  1. This looks amazing! Would it work using rotisserie chicken and sprinkling the Sriracha seasoning on top and add to other ingredients? Have some leftover and would like to try. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes!

  2. I've made this a few times for my boyfriend and we devour it every. time. Last night I used pre-packaged shredded chicken from the store to save on time; sauteed some sliced bell peppers, adding them to the pot once the heavy cream had thickened. I also sprinkled the top with crushed red pepper for added heat. Yum!!

  3. I have a bag of frozen shrimp I've been trying to think of something to make with v it. I think this would be perfect!
