What's For Dinner? {Weekly Meal Plan}

MONDAY
BBQ Pork Tenderloin Recipe - pork tenderloin seasoned with a homemade BBQ rub and grilled. Tasted SO good! Great on its own or on a bun with BBQ sauce!
TUESDAY



Asparagus Amandine - fresh asparagus, red bell pepper, almonds, butter and lemon juice. Ready in minutes!


WEDNESDAY


THURSDAY
Beefy King Ranch Casserole - tortilla chips, Rotel, meat & cheese = DELICIOUS! The whole family cleaned their plates! Hamburger, taco seasoning, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, onion, Rotel, Cheez Whiz, hot sauce, worcestershire, tortilla chips, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze. Ready in about 30 minutes. SO delicious!


FRIDAY


Tortellini and Pepperoni Pasta Salad Recipe - I am not a fan of mayonnaise, so I am always looking for non-mayonnaise pasta salad recipes. A friend sent me this recipe and it sounded right up my alley. It has cheese tortellini, pepperoni, basil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and caesar dressing. All of my favorites! Can make ahead of time and refrigerate.
