What's For Dinner? {Weekly Meal Plan}

MONDAY
Sweet and Spicy Italian BBQ Grilled Chicken - only 4 ingredients in the marinade! BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, chili powder and red pepper flakes. Sweet and spicy! SO delicious! We make this once a week. Everyone cleans their plate. The chicken is so juicy and has TONS of flavor! We never have any leftovers.

Black Eyed Pea Salad Recipe - red bell pepper, green pepper, scallions, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, parsley and black eye peas - GREAT side dish! We also like it as a dip. Make ahead of time and refrigerate - will last for several days. Recipe adapted from the famous Hattie B's Hot Chicken restaurant in Nashville, TN


TUESDAY


WEDNESDAY
Dr. Pepper Chili Dogs Recipe - hot dogs topped with a sweet and tangy Dr. Pepper chili - great for your Summer cookouts! Ready in under 30 minutes!




SATURDAY
Orange Sriracha Grilled Chicken Recipe - chicken marinated in bbq sauce, mustard, Sriracha, honey and orange juice. Sweet, smokey and a tad bit spicy. SO good! Tons of great flavor and super juicy. We doubled the recipe for leftovers.


Smothered Green Beans - canned green beans baked in bacon, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce and garlic. This is the most requested green bean recipe in our house.Everybody gets seconds. SO good!! Great for a potluck. Everyone asks for the recipe! Super easy to make.
