We are obsessed with this Easy Chicken Fajita Pasta Alfredo! It only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish! We ate this last weekend, and I am adding it to the menu for this week too. It is seriously that good.
This Chicken Fajita Alfredo has all the flavors of fajitas. It tasted just like the fajitas I order at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I LOVED the addition of pasta and a ridiculously simple Alfredo sauce. Pasta + Fajitas = YUM! The whole recipe only has 7 ingredients – chicken, onion, bell pepper, fajita seasoning, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and pasta. NO jarred sauce! Can’t beat that!
How to Make Chicken Fajita Pasta Recipe
This dish is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package directions for al dente. While the pasta cooks, season the chicken, yellow onion, and bell peppers with fajita seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and vegetables to the pan. Cook until the veggies are tender and the chicken is golden brown. Add heavy cream and cook until it thickens, about 4-5 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese. Stir and garnish with fresh cilantro.
