If you are tailgating with this recipe, throw the chicken in the marinade the night before. Toss the chicken in the cooler and grill it in the parking lot. SO easy and SO delicious. Everyone loves this chicken!!
Hot Honey Mustard Chicken
serves 6 to 8
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken
Whisk together honey, mustard and hot sauce. Pour over chicken. Refrigerate for for at least an hour to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill until done.
*To cook on the stove. Preheat oven to 425. Cook chicken in skillet 3 minutes on each side. Place chicken on baking pan and bake for approximately 6 minutes in the oven.*
