This recipe combines two of our favorite foods - buffalo wings and fried cheese sticks! I've had this idea for Buffalo Mozzarella Sticks for a while and I finally got around to making them. I can't believe I waited so long! These are SO good!! They are even better dipped in some ranch or bleu cheese dressing. YUM! I love that there is no prep work and they are ready to eat in under 15 minutes. Isn't that awesome? I mean, who doesn't love 15 minute recipes?!?!
We really loved these Buffalo Mozzarella sticks and you can bet that they will be on our tailgating menu this weekend!
Chicken Roll Ups are always a hit in our house. We have several versions on the blog and they are all great. This version was no exception. SO good! I love all the veggies in the casserole. We served this with a side of Homemade Chicken Rice-A-Roni and dinner was done in a flash!
I used my go-to chicken shortcut, rotisserie chicken, and this was ready for the oven in no time. It only took about 30 minutes from start to finish. Woohoo! LOVE quick and easy weeknight meals.
I know a lot people like to freeze casseroles like this. If you want to freeze this one, bake it first and then freeze it. The crescent rolls won't rise properly if they are frozen and then baked.
I just got back from an incredible trip to Canada, and I have maple syrup on my brain. We ate maple syrup with everything on our trip. We even had maple syrup on pizza! It sounds weird, but it was really good!! Try it next time.
The CMA Awards are coming up on November 2nd, and we are having a little viewing party. Our parties usually consist of Chicken Legs grilling and a lot fo fun sides for everyone. Since I am into all things maple right now, I am making this Sweet Maple Cornbread to go with our grilled chicken.
Y'all this is SO good! I used some cake mix, tons of maple syrup and a couple of packets of Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread and Muffin Mix. It only took a minute to make and it was ready to eat in under 30 minutes. The cornbread is great with butter and it is out of this world drizzled with more maple syrup!
It makes a TON! I made 12 muffins and a 9x13-inch pan of this Sweet Maple Cornbread. This would be great for the upcoming holidays too!

Soup season is my favorite!! We have soup at least once a week during the cooler months. This Beef & Ramen Vegetable Soup got two thumbs up from us. It was so good and we LOVED the ramen noodles!!
There are only 5 ingredients in this soup and it only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. You seriously can't beat that!!! Cook the hamburger, add the soup mix, vegetables and V-8 juice. Let it simmer for a few minutes, add the ramen and let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes and you are done! This was so easy to make that I let Chicken Legs make it! He did a great job!!! The best part is that this is one of my favorite vegetable beef soups. We will be making this a lot during soup season.
