Pin This RecipeQuiche is one of our favorite meals. We usually eat it for lunch or dinner. I’m always thinking of new flavor combinations to try out. I decided to try a quiche with our favorite combination of sausage and cream cheese. WOW!! SO good!! We ate this for lunch and dinner the same night.
This quiche can be made ahead of time and frozen unbaked. I actually like to double the recipe and freeze one for later. We both really, really enjoyed this quiche. It tastes great and was super easy to make. We loved it so much that I am actually making it again this weekend. Add this to your menu! It would be great for Easter brunch next month or Mother’s Day. This recipe has definitely gone into our dinner rotation. Enjoy!

Delicious and simple. I always bake two and freeze one, after it cools. You can bake it straight from the freezer, just lay a piece of foil to on the top to prevent over-browning and bake at 350 for 80-90 minutes, or until heated through.
Great idea to make two!
This is delicious & so easy to make. It’s a family favorite. If you’re looking for a nice breakfast dish, this one is great because it is a one dish meal. The creamy texture makes it so delicious. It’s really versatile. We make it as written but you can tweak it & change the meat or cheese & it will still be great.
I would really appreciate it if the site could provide nutrition information along with the recipes. The standard info like calories, fat, sat fat, protein, sodium, sugar, etc would be so helpful. Some of us like to track our food & it helps to know serving size and associated nutrition data.

I tried making this crustless and it worked, but I think it needed at least one and maybe two extra eggs to keep it together a little better. Flavor was great, though. I will make again for sure and just probably add 2 eggs. Maybe some spicy sausage or Italian sausage… so many options. Definitely a better, richer quiche than most recipes I’ve tried. Thanks!
So yummy! I made this Christmas morning for my husband and me. Leftovers were delicious as well. Just reheated in the oven.
This was excellent! I loved that you had sour cream in the recipe – gave it a different “flair!” I used left over chicken instead of sausage and it was fabulous!
This is our favorite quiche. Pulled one out of the freezer yesterday to bake this morning. Great flavor and it’s perfect every time. Always make 2 so I have one on hand.
Do you think I could substitute half & half for the heavy cream?
Thanks
I did & it was still wonderful.
Fantastic! This recipe is AMAZING! My 7 year old just asked for seconds! 🙂 A new favorite!
That is AWESOME! So glad it was a hit!
