It's that time of the week again. Time to get ready for the week ahead.
This week is a big week in our house. It is Masters week. We (Chicken Legs) will be glued to the television watching the golf tournament.
I've included some of our favorite Masters themed foods and some of our favorite grilling recipes.

MONDAY
Hot Ham and Pimento Cheese Sandwiches - Hawaiian rolls, ham, pimento cheese topped with a sweet and savory butter poppy seed sauce and baked. SOOOO good! These are so easy to assemble - only takes a few minutes. Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner. There are never any left! A new favorite!


TUESDAY
Arnold Palmer Chicken {Sweet Tea and Lemonade Brined Chicken} - let the chicken sit in the brine overnight and then grill. SO good! Tons of great flavor! This gets requested weekly at our house. It is definitely a new favorite!




WEDNESDAY
The Masters Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe - you can't watch the Masters without eating an egg salad sandwich! This recipe is quick, easy and tastes better than the original!


Orzo Salad - orzo, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, capers, black olives tossed in a quick lemon olive oil dressing. Can serve warm or cold. This is SO good!! It gets better the longer it sits. Great for cookouts and tailgates!


THURSDAY
FRIDAY
BBQ Chicken Cornbread Muffins - only 5 ingredients and ready to eat in under 30 minutes! Martha White Buttermilk Cornbread Mix, milk, cooked chicken, BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese. Top muffins with extra BBQ sauce and cilantro. SO good! The whole family gobbled these up! They have already been requested again for dinner.

SUNDAY


Souper Rice - quick creamy cheater risotto recipe made with minute rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and parmesan cheese - ready in 10 minutes.
