I've been on the hunt for my Favorite Grilled Pork Chops recipe, and I think I've finally found it. We both took one bite of these pork chops and were rendered speechless. SO good! Tender, juicy and full of AMAZING flavor! They even taste great leftover for lunch the next day. We grilled three pork chops and fought over who got it for lunch.

We let the pork chops marinate in the refrigerator overnight. I go by the philosophy "the longer the better" when it comes to marinated meat.

We started using 1-inch thick bone-in pork chops from the butcher shop. They are ridiculously good. Better than any restaurant - seriously. If you don't want to use bone-in pork chop, you can definitely use boneless pork chops or even a pork tenderloin with this marinade. You will just need to adjust your cooking time.

  1. This marinade is so good we have been using it for at least 2 years on pork, beef and chicken. We make 1 addition and add 1 tea of Oyster Sauce to the mix. Oyster Sauce or even Fish Sauce, if I'm out of OS, just bumps the flavor to another level.

  4. Hi

I don't have a grill, is there any other way I can cook these pork chops.

    1. Sure - you can cook them in a skillet on the stove, pop them in the oven or do a little of both. Sear them in the skillet and then finish them off in the oven.
