How to Make The Best Pork Chops

This recipe is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Season pork with kosher salt and black pepper. Place chops in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over pork and store in the fridge for a few hours to overnight. 

When ready to cook, remove the pork from the marinade and grill until done, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.

  • Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Place pork chops in a gallon ziplock bag and our marinade over pork chops.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
  • Remove pork chops from marinade and grill until done, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.

Notes:

Cook pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
It is OK to eat pork that is pink.
To cook pork without a grill, pan sear on each side for 3 or 4 minutes. Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF about 10 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
Can use any cut of pork you prefer – bone-in pork chops, boneless pork chops, pork tenderloin. Adjust the cooking time. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145ºF.

    1. Sure – you can cook them in a skillet on the stove, pop them in the oven or do a little of both. Sear them in the skillet and then finish them off in the oven.

  1. This marinade is so good we have been using it for at least 2 years on pork, beef and chicken. We make 1 addition and add 1 tea of Oyster Sauce to the mix. Oyster Sauce or even Fish Sauce, if I'm out of OS, just bumps the flavor to another level.
