- ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 (1-inch thick) bone-in pork chops

I don't have a grill, is there any other way I can cook these pork chops.
Sure – you can cook them in a skillet on the stove, pop them in the oven or do a little of both. Sear them in the skillet and then finish them off in the oven.

This marinade is so good we have been using it for at least 2 years on pork, beef and chicken. We make 1 addition and add 1 tea of Oyster Sauce to the mix. Oyster Sauce or even Fish Sauce, if I'm out of OS, just bumps the flavor to another level.
