I hope everyone has recovered from the holiday week! For some reason, short work weeks are always hard! I'm not sure why, but they are. 

It's time to start thinking about the week ahead. I'm sharing a quick and easy recipe for everyday of the week. 

There is a main dish and side for everyday. I am even sharing a delicious cookie recipe! 

You can make the cookies ahead of time and freeze for treats all week long. You can either bake the cookies and freeze them cooked or you can even scoop the cookie dough and freeze it for fresh cookie throughout the week!

HAVE A DELICIOUS WEEK!

MONDAY
3-Ingredient Brown Sugar Italian Chicken - brown sugar, Italian dressing mix and chicken. Ready in under 30 minutes! Everyone loved this dish! I loved that there was no prep work! Such an easy weeknight meal that the whole family enjoyed!



TUESDAY
Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Pie - a great twist to traditional spaghetti pie! Chicken, Alfredo sauce, spaghetti, eggs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella. SO good! Everyone raved about this pasta casserole!! Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze for later.


Feta Skillet Bread - only 4 ingredients!  Ready in 15 minutes. Can be a side dish or serve as an appetizer with some warm marinara. It is SO good! We could not stop eating this!





WEDNESDAY
Bourbon Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Recipe - only 5 ingredients! Teriyaki marinade, bourbon, brown sugar, garlic and pork. SO simple and SO delicious! Can grill or bake pork.


3 Ingredient Creamy Hashbrown Casserole - frozen hashbrowns, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. We like to add garlic too!! SO easy to make and they taste amazing. No prep work! A new favorite in our house. Also great for a dinner party.


THURSDAY
Salsa Verde Chicken and Rice Bake Recipe - chicken, cheese and rice tossed in a creamy salsa verde sour cream sauce. Ready in 20 minutes! No cream of anything soup!! We gobbled this up! Quick and delicious Mexican recipe.


Southwestern Black Beans - only 4 ingredients! Black beans, diced tomatoes and green chiles, chili powder and lime juice. We make them all the time! Ready in 5 minutes!! Such a quick and easy side dish!!


FRIDAY


Baked Spaghetti and Cheese Recipe - he took one bite and said this was better than any mac and cheese I've made! Spaghetti, Monterey Jack cheese, flour, dry mustard, milk and eggs - just whisk it all together and bake. Easy side dish or could even be a meatless main dish!


SATURDAY

Creole Green Beans Recipe - transform canned green beans into something amazing! Green beans, bacon,onion, green pepper, brown sugar, mustard, stewed tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. SO good! I could make a meal out of these green beans!

SUNDAY


2-Ingredient Fried Okra - my favorite vegetable! SO good. I can eat the whole batch of this yummy, crunchy okra. My absolute fav!


Oatmeal Peanut-Butterfinger Cookies  - peanut butter, oatmeal, Butterfinger bits, eggs, flour, baking soda, brown sugar, white sugar and the secret ingredient - LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil. Our new FAVORITE cookie! I love everything about these cookies!! Can make ahead and freeze dough for later. Took these to a party and they were gone in a flash!
