We LOVE quiche in our house. Chicken Legs is always requesting quiche for lunch or dinner. I was in the mood for tacos the other night and decided to make a Taco Quiche. OMG! SO good! Taco meat, cheese, salsa mixed into the quiche mixture. We topped with quiche slices with some sour cream, extra salsa and green onions. We went to chow-town on this quiche! YUM!

  4. Is the baking time different if you bake from frozen? And I assume no thawing first? It sounds wonderful!

    1. I thaw it overnight in the refrigerator before baking. If you bake it frozen it will take longer. You might also want to cover it for some of the baking time so it doesn't over brown.

  5. We like Mexican quiche too, but make it with chorizo instead of taco meat and Chihuahua cheese. It's so good if you like it a little spicy!
