Happy August! I can't tell you how excited we are that there is finally football on television. Granted, it is awful pre-season NFL football, but at least it is FOOTBALL! The countdown is on for the start of college football (my favorite)! I'm putting the finishing touches on all the tailgating recipes for Football Friday! This week's menu is full of easy and delicious recipes.
We are firing up the grill several times this week. Gotta use it while we can!
We are also having the most AMAZING chicken pasta salad. It makes a ton and is great leftover for lunch during the week.

MONDAY

Grilled Kansas City Pork Chops - THE BEST pork chops! Season pork chops with an easy dry rub and refrigerate until ready to grill. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce before removing from grill! Pork chops, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. We make these pork chops at least once a month. We LOVE this easy grilling recipe.



TUESDAY
Cracked Out Egg Salad - OMG! Seriously delicious!!! Eggs, mayonnaise, Ranch mix, cheddar cheese, bacon, celery, vinegar and worcestershire. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate for later. I always make a double batch and it is gone in a flash! Everyone loves this easy egg salad recipe.


WEDNESDAY
Greek Chicken Pasta Salad  - recipe for Taziki's Friday Pasta - homemade vinaigrette tossed with penne pasta, chicken, feta, tomatoes and fresh basil - good warm or cold. Great for a potluck. Can make a day ahead - the flavors get better as it sits. This is seriously delicious!


THURSDAY
New York Style Pizza Dough Recipe - only 4 ingredients to make the best pizza dough - this dough is so easy to work with! Make the dough and refrigerate until ready to use. Can make up to 3 or 4 days in advance.
