I can't believe we are in the last week of September. Where has the time gone?!?!? This week's menu is loaded with lots of favorites. There are several meals that you can make today and freeze for later in the week. I am also pulling out the slow cooker for several meals. LOVE my slow cooker! Just dump everything in and let it work its magic! Such a lifesaver during the week.

MONDAY


TUESDAY
Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches - slow cook chuck roast in a mixture of soy sauce, beef broth, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme and pepper. Serve on toast buns with melted pepper jack cheese. These sandwiches are SO good! I think they are the PERFECT French Dip Sandwiches!
WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY
Doritos Taco Salad - taco meat, kidney beans, tomatoes, lettuce, Catalina dressing, cheese and Doritos. Quick Mexican recipe. Kid-friendly - who wouldn't want to eat Doritos for dinner?!


FRIDAY
Garlic Butter Stromboli - pizza dough slathered with garlic butter and stuffed with pepperoni, ham and mozzarella. Serve with warm pizza sauce.
