Cheesy Green Chile Rice - only 4 ingredients. Rice, mozzarella, sour cream and green chiles. This rice is THE BEST! So simple, but SO delicious! Everyone went back for seconds. A new favorite!! LOVE this quick and easy Mexican side dish recipe.


FRIDAY



SATURDAY
Chicken Parmesan Rollups - only 4 ingredients!! SO simple and everyone LOVED this Italian casserole. Frozen chicken strips, mozzarella cheese, crescent rolls and marinara sauce. Use Tyson Italian Style Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips for extra flavor in the rollups. Only took about 5 minutes to make and it was on the table in under 30 minutes. Love!!





SUNDAY



Slow Cooker Smoked Gouda Grits Recipe - copycat "City Grits" from Another Broken Egg restaurant - stone ground grits slow cooked all day. Stir in smoked gouda and top with bacon, tomatoes and green onions. THE BEST grits! I could make a meal out of these yummy grits!



Nutter Mummies - decorate Nutter Butters to look like mummies! So much fun for Halloween!!
