October is flying by! Halloween is only a few days away. Almost time to start thinking about all things Thanksgiving! OMG!! Let's just start with planning the menu for the upcoming week. I have a lot of favorites on the menu this week. We are having breakfast for dinner one night this week. Anyone else LOVE breakfast for dinner?!?!?! There is something for everyone on our meal plan this week. Enjoy!!

MONDAY
{Slow Cooker} Cowboy Pot Roast recipe - pot roast slow cooked with pinto beans, Rotel tomatoes, black beans and chili powder. SO good! Serve over rice and top with pickled jalapeños. Also makes a great freezer meal!

TUESDAY
{Slow Cooker} Spaghetti and Meatball Soup recipe - frozen meatballs, spaghetti sauce, beef broth and angel hair pasta - This slow cooker soup is such a fun twist to spaghetti night! It is SO good and super quick to throw together. Serve with some warm garlic bread for a quick and easy weeknight meal!


Gorgonzola Garlic Bread Recipe - french bread topped with butter, garlic, gorgonzola and parmesan - SOOO good! Great with pasta!


SATURDAY
Chicken Pot Pie Rollups - heaven in a pan! SOOO good! EVERYONE loved this casserole. Chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crescent rolls, cream of chicken soup, milk and frozen mixed vegetables. Ready in 30 minutes!! Great weeknight casserole recipe.
