Happy November!! I can't believe it is time to start thinking about Thanksgiving. Where has the year gone?!?!? This week's menu is packed full of yummy and easy recipes. There is definitely something for everyone. I'm also sharing my FAVORITE no-bake dessert. It is perfect for the upcoming Thanksgiving meal. You can make it ahead of time and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

MONDAY
Cornbread Crusted Pork Chops - ready in under 30 minutes! Everyone LOVED these pork chops! Pork chops coated in cornbread mix and ranch dressing. The whole family cleaned their plate! This easy weeknight recipe is going into the dinner rotation!


WEDNESDAY



THURSDAY
Slow Cooker 3-Envelope Pot Roast Recipe - pot roast slow cooked all day. So tender and delicious. Only takes seconds to prepare and dinner is ready when you get home from work! We served it with some yummy cheese grits. Rice or mashed potatoes would be good. Make sure to ladle the yummy sauce over it!

FRIDAY
Taco Pierogi Casserole - THE BEST! We ate this two days in a row! Ready in 30 minutes!! Taco meat, velveeta, salsa, cheese pierogies, cream of chicken soup and cheddar cheese. CRAZY good! Everyone cleaned their plates - even our picky eaters! Our favorite Mexican casserole!


SATURDAY


Corn and Rice Casserole - only 4 ingredients! Corn, Rice, Soup & Cheese. It is THE BEST corn casserole I've ever eaten! Can be made ahead of time. Quick side dish recipe!


SUNDAY


No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Recipe - graham cracker crust, light and lemony no-bake cheesecake - SO good. THE BEST no-bake cheesecake EVER! Great with fresh berries.
