What's For Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan - A quick and easy recipe for everyday of the week. Main dishes, side dishes and desserts! Something for everyone on this meal plan!
It's time to start thinking about the upcoming week! I know! I know! It is a necessary evil. This week I am sharing some DELICIOUS recipes!! I'm pulling out my slow cooker and making some easy make-ahead casseroles.

My favorite recipe of the week might be on Monday. It is a copycat Chick-fil-a Chicken Tortilla Soup. Does anyone else love that soup? OMG! I crave it!! My recipe is really, really close to the original. Make it and let me know what you think!

MONDAY
Chicken Taco Soup Recipe - Chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, Ranch mix and taco seasoning. Can be made two different ways. On the stovetop with some rotisserie chicken or in the slow cooker with some boneless chicken breasts. Either way, it is super delicious and packed FULL of flavor! Serve with some cornbread for a delicious meal!



TUESDAY  
Kentucky Hot Brown Crescents - Turkey and bacon wrapped in crescent rolls and topped with a tomato slice and a homemade swiss cheese sauce and baked. SOOO good! Perfect for you Kentucky Derby party or a delicious lunch or dinner!


Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Potatoes Recipe - frozen hash browns, cheese, bacon slow cook all day for a delicious side dish!


WEDNESDAY
Slow Cooker Buffalo Ranch Pulled Pork - throw 3 ingredients into the slow cooker and let it do all the work. Great for tailgating or an easy lunch or dinner. Serve on slider buns or over nachos or rice. Can freeze leftovers!


THURSDAY 
Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole - hamburger, bacon, cheese, cheese soup, sour cream and tater tots - what's not to love? We ate this twice in one day! Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later. You can also divide it between two 8x8-inch foil pans and freeze one. Great for a potluck and tailgating this fall!



Cracked Out Green Bean Casserole - THE BEST! OMG! SO good! Green bean casserole loaded with cheddar, bacon and ranch! Everyone RAVES about this delicious side dish! Can make ahead and freeze for later. Great for holidays and potlucks!


FRIDAY
Johnny Marzetti Casserole Recipe - classic pasta casserole that will please the entire family! Ground beef, onions, tomato soup, tomato sauce, tomato paste, egg noodles, cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze for later! A classic casserole that is perfect comfort food that can feed a crowd! Everyone cleans their plate! Such an easy weeknight meal!!
SATURDAY
Sausage & Cream Cheese Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole - all of my favorite breakfast foods in one easy casserole! Frozen hashbrowns, sausage, cream cheese, eggs and cheddar cheese. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later. Can split between two pans and bake one and freeze one for later. This breakfast casserole is great for breakfast, lunch, great for brunch, potlucks, tailgating and any upcoming holiday breakfasts! SO GOOD!


Strawberry Bread - a wonderful way to use up all those yummy summer strawberries. Ready for the oven in minutes! Flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, eggs, oil and strawberries. Freezes well too!


SUNDAY
Slow Cooker Huli Huli Chicken - DANGEROUSLY good!!! Chicken breast slow cooked in brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, ginger, and garlic. We ate this twice in one week. It was seriously delicious!! Can use chicken thighs instead of breasts. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles. Also great on top of a salad!


Green Bean Bundles with Bacon and Brown Sugar - simple side dish with tons of great flavors! Can assemble ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.


Pumpkin Crunch - I hate pumpkin, but I LOVE this cake!! SO easy! Pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin spice, cake mix, pecans and butter. Frost with a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. SO good. I took this to a potluck and everyone cleaned their plate. The pumpkin haters were shocked when I told them what it was!! YUM!
