Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole {Football Friday}

Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole - SO good! Great casserole for a potluck or watching football!! Everyone LOVES this recipe! Chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, tater tots and celery. Can make ahead and freeze for later.

It's a big weekend for football. We find out who will be playing in the Super Bowl! Woohoo! I think Buffalo Chicken is the quintessential football food. This Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole is one of our favorite buffalo chicken dishes. It is SO good!! We've made it several times this football season and it was a hit every single time!!

This Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole can be made ahead of time and frozen unbaked. Just thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before baking. You can also split the casserole between two foil pans. We like to bake one and freeze the other one for later.

I used a 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce in this casserole. We did not think it was spicy. Make sure to adjust the buffalo sauce up or down to your tastes. I like to use Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce.

Beer Cheese and Sausage Pasta

Beer Cheese and Sausage Pasta -CRAZY good! Ready in 15 minutes! Smoked sausage and pasta tossed in a quick homemade beer cheese sauce. Smoked sausage, pasta, beer, cheese, flour, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and paprika. Tastes just like the beer cheese sauce from our favorite Irish pub. Great weeknight meal!

I am in love with this easy pasta dish! Smoked sausage and pasta tossed in an easy beer cheese sauce - what's not to love?!?! PLUS it only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. SO quick and easy!!

I used smoked turkey sausage in this recipe. I think it tastes great, and it saves some calories. I need all the calorie savings after the holidays! Who's with me?!?!

Like I said, this takes about 15 minutes to make. Basically as long as it takes to boil the pasta. I started the pasta, browned the sausage and then whipped up the beer cheese sauce. This is best served immediately. If it sits for a while and gets too thick, just add some milk and it will be as good as new.

THE ULTIMATE Cracked Out Potatoes

THE ULTIMATE Cracked Out Potatoes - cheddar, bacon and ranch. SO addictive!! I could make a meal out of this potato casserole!! Cheddar, bacon, ranch, cream of chicken soup. sour cream, frozen shredded hash browns. Can freeze for later. We usually bake half and freeze half for later. SO GOOD!

Our Crack Potato Casserole is one of our all-time favorite side dishes. It is so simple and tastes incredible! The recipe was created by accident. We forgot to take our Crack Dip to the tailgate and I ended up making a potato casserole with the dip. It is one of our favorite recipes. I love happy accidents!!

This recipe is an updated version of the original recipe. We really think these are THE ULTIMATE Cracked Out Potatoes!! Cheddar, Bacon, Ranch, cream of chicken, sour cream and hash browns. CRAZY good! They are so creamy and full of AMAZING flavor!! I could seriously make a meal out of just these potatoes. They are my absolute favorite!!!

This makes a lot of potatoes. I usually split the recipe between 3 or 4 small foil pans and freeze the extra pans for later. I actually have 2 pans of this potato casserole in the freezer right now! To bake the frozen potatoes, I let the pan thaw in the refrigerator all day and then bake them. You can bake them frozen, you will just need to add more time to the cooking time. I might cover them for a little while also if putting the pan in the oven completely frozen.

Make sure to spoon the sauce out of the slow cooker - it is SO good!!!

These Slow Cooker Angel Pork Chops were a huge hit in our house! They are some of the best pork chops I've ever made. The pork chops are so tender and full of amazing flavor!

These are called Angel Pork Chops because they are served over angel hair pasta. If you aren't a fan of pasta, this would also be great over some hot rice or mashed potatoes. Just make sure to spoon all that yummy sauce out of the slow cooker. I could drink the sauce; it is SO good!

This is such a great weeknight meal. It couldn't be any easier. Just dump everything in the slow cooker and let it work its magic! We have made these several times and loved them every time.

Keys to the Kingdom Tour - Walt Disney World

Keys to the Kingdom Tour - Walt Disney World - behind the scenes at The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Learn fun tidbits about the park and Walt Disney and go in the TUNNELS under the park! The highlight of our trip!

On our last trip to Walt Disney World in November, we did something we've never done before. A TOUR!! We signed up for the Keys to the Kingdom Tour at the Magic Kingdom. It was a 5-hour walking tour around the park, and we even got to experience the underground tunnels! It was the highlight of our trip.

The tour is for adults only. They don't want to spoil the magic for the kids! We didn't see anything that I thought would spoil the magic though. The tour was more interesting facts about the park and Walt Disney himself.

We couldn't take pictures in Cast Member only areas. I wish we could have! The tunnels were so interesting. We also got to see where they store the floats for all the parades. It was really neat.

Cracked Out Corn Dip {Football Friday}

Cracked Out Corn Dip - OMG! SO good! Corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon and Ranch. I took this to a party and it was the first thing to go! Can make ahead and refrigerate until ready to eat. Our FAVORITE dip! YUM!

We have another big weekend of NFL playoff games this weekend. Chicken Legs and I will be parked in our den watching them all and eating this awesome Cracked Out Corn Dip. Corn, sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon and ranch. OMG! SO good! We could not stop eating this dip! It just kept calling my name. I ate way too much of this!

This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until you are ready to bake and eat it. I used frozen Silver Queen Corn in the dip because it is my favorite. If you don't have Silver Queen Corn or don't like it, just use regular yellow corn kernels. Either way it will taste great. We served this with some Fritos. It was a winner!

Stovetop Alfredo Mac & Cheese

Stovetop Alfredo Mac & Cheese - ready in 10 minutes! We make this all the time! SO easy and SOOOO delicious! Only 5 ingredients! Pasta tossed in jarred Alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and garlic. Perfect weeknight side dish. Great with steak, chicken and pork.

This Stovetop Alfredo Mac & Cheese is my "go-to" side dish. I make it all time, and I can't believe I've never shared the recipe on the blog. Chicken Legs absolutely LOVES this pasta! I love how quick and easy it is to make! I usually serve this with grilled steaks, grilled or baked chicken, and pork chops. It really goes with everything!

Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup

Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup - ready in under 30 minutes! Just dump everything in the pot and let it simmer. SO easy! We LOVE this soup!!! Chicken, cheese soup, chicken broth, milk, celery, carrots, egg noodles and cheddar cheese. We make this at least once a month.

This Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup is a favorite in our house. We make it about once a month during the winter time. It is super simple to make and tastes great! I used some chopped up rotisserie chicken in this soup. Rotisserie chicken is a HUGE timesaver! We always have some in our freezer for quick meals like this Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup.

This soup only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. It is mostly a hands-off preparation. Just dump everything in the pot and let it cook. I have not made this in the slow cooker, but I'm sure it would be fine if you wanted to prepare the soup that way. Just add the noodles and cheese about 15 minutes before you serve the soup.
