It's that time again. Time to start thinking about the week ahead. I always plan my meals out and do my grocery shopping on Sunday. I just can't wing it! I have to be able to prep and walk in and just start dinner every night. I've included several recipes that can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen. I also have a couple of no-fail slow cooker recipes! I LOVE slow cooker recipes! Just dump everything in the pot and go. I even included a recipe for our FAVORITE Orange Rolls. They are great for a quick breakfast or dessert. I know you are going to flip over them!!

MONDAY
"Cracked Out" Chicken Bubble Up Recipe - chicken, cheddar bacon, ranch, chicken soup, sour cream and biscuits baked casserole. SO addictive! I literally licked my plate!


WEDNESDAY
Chicken Poppy Seed Rice Bake - chicken, cheddar, sour cream, chicken soup, poppy seeds and rice - quick and easy weeknight casserole! Use rotisserie chicken and this comes together in 5 minutes! SO good! On the table in under 30 minutes! We make this at least once a week!!

SATURDAY
Chili Spaghetti Casserole - comfort food at its best! Spaghetti, hamburger, onions, garlic, chili, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese and French fried onions. CRAZY good!!! Ready to eat in under an hour. Great for a potluck and tailgating! Can freezer or later.




SUNDAY
{Slow Cooker} Ham and Potato Soup - frozen hash browns, cream cheese, chicken broth, ham, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic - dump everything in the slow cooker and let it cook all day. SO good! Serve with some crusty garlic bread for a complete meal! Easy and delicious!




Quick Orange Rolls recipe - AMAZING!!!! We eat these almost every weekend. They are so good! Ready from start to finish in about 30 minutes. French bread dough, cream cheese, brown sugar, orange zest, granulated sugar, powdered sugar and orange juice. You'll never buy the canned orange rolls again.
