Happy Memorial Day! It’s finally summer, and I’ve got vacation on my mind. Today I am sharing 10 of our favorite places for a summer vacation. I’ve got things to do, places to see and the best places to eat in all 10 spots. I’ve got big cities, small cities and amusement parks – something for everyone.

Disney World
If you follow the blog, you know that I LOVE Disney World.
We bought an Annual Pass last year and went A LOT this past year.
We found a new favorite place on our trip in March. OMG! It was SO good that we ate there twice!

NYC
New York City is one of my absolute favorite cities!
I love going to Broadway shows, shopping and EATING!!!
A couple of years ago we went to the most incredible magic show and took a pizza tour in a school bus! You can do just about anything in NYC!
We went to NYC in January and found a new favorite place to eat.
I am trying to decide when we are going back just so I can eat there!

San Francisco
We’ve been to San Francisco several times and always have a great time!
We are actually going back to San Francisco in June!
On our previous trip, we did a boat tour of the bay, went over to Sausalito and ate at some great places.
This time we are doing a wine tour and going down the coast to Monterey.

St. Augustine, FL
We LOVE St. Augustine, FL.
We go at least once a year for The Player’s Golf Tournament.
There is SO much to do in St. Augustine – walking around old town, a boat ride, shopping and TONS of fun places to eat.
We ate at several great places on our trip earlier this month.

Disneyland
A few years ago I checked off a bucket list item by going to Disneyland!
We spent a full day at both parks and had a BLAST!
We even found our favorite pizza place!

Las Vegas
If you follow the blog, you know we LOVE going to Vegas.
We’ve been going about twice a year for the last few years.
We are skipping Vegas this summer, but we are planning a trip for either Thanksgiving or Christmas this year.

Destin, FL
Destin, FL is our favorite beach. We actually go to Sandestin most of the time.
We’ve also been known to venture down 30-A for some fun and food.
We went down this February and had the best time.
The sunsets are AH-MAZ-ING!

Washington DC
We took a trip to Washington DC last year and LOVED it!
We hadn’t been to DC in years. It was SO much fun to go back and explore the city.
There is TONS and TONS of stuff to do.
There are also some really great places to eat.

Savannah, GA
Savannah is a fantastic town!
There is tons of stuff to do – historical home tours, cemeteries, drag shows, and bars.
Savannah also has some of the best food around.
I have to fast the week before and after going to Savannah – I always overeat!

Key West, FL
Key West is a great place to go and just relax.
We spent a few days in Key West and loved it.
We saw the cats at The Hemingway house, took a shark tour, and did a sunset cruise.
OMG! If you do one thing – do the sunset cruise. Seriously THE BEST!
We found some great places to eat – one was on a private island!
