Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin

Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin – the BEST pork tenderloin I’ve ever made! SO good!! Pork tenderloin marinated in ginger ale, dijon mustard, honey, oil, onion powder, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Hands-down THE BEST pork EVER! Marinate overnight and grill. Great leftover too!

This Ginger Ale Marinated Pork Tenderloin was one of the BEST pork tenderloins we’ve ever made. I am not a fan of drinking ginger ale, but I LOVE it in a pork tenderloin marinade! The marinade is very easy to make. Just whisk together ginger ale, Dijon mustard, honey, onion powder, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour it over the pork tenderloin and let it hang out in the refrigerator overnight.

When cooking pork tenderloin, it is important to remove the silver skin on the side of each pork tenderloin. I use a knife and carefully cut it off. If you don’t remove the silver skin, you will have a tough area on each tenderloin. Such a waste!!

We grilled this pork tenderloin to a medium temperature. It is perfectly SAFE to eat pink pork. Pork needs to be a minimum of 145ºF. We like to grill it on the higher end of medium-rare and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. It only takes about 15 minutes to reach 145ºF- depending on how big your pork tenderloins are. Once the pork is cooked, we slice it thin to enjoy!

We both took one bite of this pork and were blown away. SO good!! This is also FANTASTIC leftover!! I love it on a slider bun with a little BBQ sauce. YUM! Give this a try ASAP!

We usually serve this with a potato casserole and some green beans or asparagus. Here are a few of our favorite side dishes from the blog that go great with this yummy pork:

  4. Hi Steph,

You are dominating with the amazing grill recipes! That marinade looks amazing and great tips on getting the pork just right. Sometimes I'm intimidated by making sure everything is done on the grill, so I appreciate the exact temperature. Can't wait to try it!

  5. The marinade sounds delicious and the meat looks perfectly cooked – I can see that it is juicy.
