Baked Potato Casserole

I got a version of this recipe from my Pampered Chef consultant. I decided to change her original recipe into basically my favorite dip ("crack") mixed into potatoes. It was a hit! This was easy to make and tasted great. You could use any dip with this - I'll try the french onion dip next.

"Crack" Potato Casserole
(Printable Recipe)
1 8oz container of Ranch Dip
5-6 large potatoes (Bake in the microwave)
1 T butter
salt and pepper
1/4 cup milk
3 oz bag of bacon pieces
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes in microwave. Scoop potatoes from shell and put in a bowl. Add butter, milk and salt and pepper. Mash together. Add the party dip, 1 cup of cheese and bacon bits and mix well. Spray container add potato mixture and top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake 350 about 30 minutes until cheese melted.
