Southern-Style Turkey, Tomato & Monterey Jack Bake

This is another recipe from our Deen Bros. Take It Easy cookbook. I was really excited about trying this recipe - it looked so good in the cookbook. It was really easy to make. Chicken Legs browned the turkey earlier in the week, so it only took a few minutes to throw together. Chicken Legs LOVED this. He loves turkey and this was a great combination of flavors. I loved the crunchy topping. This is very similar to a Frito Pie (it's a Southern thing). It's another winner from those cute Deen Boys.
